Xavier is deeply committed to empowering Northeast Ohio's people. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life was honed during his 20 year career in education. As a global citizen, Xavier has served families and communities in Cleveland, Ohio, Columbus, Ohio and Tallahassee, Florida by teaching and advising in the areas of mathematics, quantitative analysis, curriculum development, business development, and personal development.
Xavier currently serves as a math professor at Cuyahoga Community College, where his students range from teenagers to senior citizens. He has expanded his passion for "people development" into other areas including providing career placement training for men and women returning to their communities after incarceration.
He dedicates substantial time to making himself available to support motivated individuals, and spends ample quality time with family and friends. Some of Xavier's interests include property development, sustainability, adult & youth empowerment, educational reform & innovation, economic & financial literacy, economic development, cultural development, individual and family health, mentoring, history, and spiritual development.
